Adidas Terrex approached us with a project to shoot on La Palma, showcasing their Agravic shoes while creating content to support the activation of the Transvulcania race, which they sponsor on the island.
We took a small but solid team—our trusted crew from Bruma. Ginés Díaz was our photographer, Adrián Rodd directed the shoot, and Javier Lara handled cinematography.
Working alongside our production crew, we spent four days on the island working in a lean, agile setup.
Since the athletes already knew the best trails, we let them guide us, which led us to some truly spectacular locations.
We made the most of the golden hours—early mornings and late afternoons—while maintaining a tight-knit, relaxed working atmosphere. With such a small crew, everything flowed naturally and efficiently.
Because travel times on La Palma can be long, and our schedule was built around sunrise and sunset shoots, we brought in a team of chefs to prepare meals in advance and deliver them directly to our locations.
This way, we avoided restaurant stops or the hassle of setting up a full catering service, keeping the workflow smooth and efficient.
The behind-the-scenes photos you see here were casually taken by the project director.
They capture some of the most intimate and off-the-record moments we shared during the shoot, offering a genuine glimpse into the atmosphere we created on set.
